Tori and Chris' Chic Tropical Beachfront Wedding at Pangas Beach Club in Tamarindo, Costa Rica

Tori and Chris live in Florida and wanted to host a fun-filled weekend in Costa Rica for their closest friends and family. Playa Tamarindo was chosen because it offered a variety of fun activities, shopping, and restaurants all located beachfront that could entertain everyone. The area offers a large variety of international cuisine, shopping, bars, accommodations, activities, and of course, a beautiful beach that stretches parallel to the entire town.

The ladies got ready at a beautiful penthouse located in Playa Tamarindo that overlooked the town and had a view of the ocean.

The bride wanted a bright, tropical look for her personal florals which was a contrast to the ceremony and reception which had tropical greenery and white floral.

Guests were greeted with fresh coconuts and Coco Locos and a live Costa Rican acoustic guitarist and violinist played music for the group.

The wedding was held at Pangas Beach Club because it has the quintessential casual-chic beach vibe for a Costa Rican wedding. The venue is located at the entrance to Tamarindo right where the Tamarindo Estuary connects to the ocean. The statuesque matapalo tree is a stunning backdrop for a memorable wedding ceremony.

Tori and Chris wanted to be sure that their dog, Buddy, was incorporated into their special day so we created a custom sign called “Buddy Boy’s Bar From Afar” that featured the bride and groom’s signature cocktails. During cocktail hour, guests were served fun tropical drinks, local Costa Rican beers such as Imperial as guests watched the sunset and horses running along the beach.
