Full Wedding Planning & Design is for the couple who wants a professional plan every aspect of their wedding day as well as designing a wedding that is truly unique to them. We are there for you from start to finish. The hard work is done on our end - so that you can relax an focus on the things that matter. With our virtual workroom you'll have a clear view on exactly where we are in the process at all times.
We will be your vendor curator, budget supervisor, fee negotiator, etiquette advisor, design stylist, and coordinator of all things wedding! We focus on a collaborative process that allows you to be creative and share your vision with your guests.
You’ll receive full support as we hold your hand through the entire planning process and then we will oversee the wedding day from set up to tear down! We will handle it all every step of the way to make sure you feel as relaxed as possible!
The Full Planning & Design Package includes:
Access to our cloud-based wedding planning software program for communication + organization
Brainstorming meeting to understand your vision, color palette, "must haves" and overall wedding vision
Venue and lodging scouting and analysis + venue site visits
Venue and hotel room block contract negotiation
Booking of airport transportation and activities for guests
Budget consultation + financial management (including draft of initial budget)
Creation of wedding planning timeline for the wedding week
Etiquette information, general advice and consultation
Contract management and negotiation for the Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, DJ or Band, Entertainment, Photobooth, Bakery, Hair and Makeup, Transportation
Design creation that includes all details of the wedding: save the dates & invitations suites, calligrapher, wedding website, bridesmaids dresses, wedding party and groom’s fashion and beauty suggestions, wedding day rentals, florals, stationary, cake sketch, chandeliers, accessories, ribbons, favors, upgraded silverware, china, plate chargers, napkins, decor installations, and creative seating arrangements
Build or source custom, one-of-a-kind decorations or furniture for you. Been dreaming of something special the rental companies don't have? We will make it happen!
Receive shipments in Costa Rica and manage all customs, entry paperwork, storage and transportation for you
Booking and contract negotiation of all vendors involved in the design proposal
Sample mock-up of the table design and florals
Assistance with the selection of the invitation suite and save the date design
Book florist, furniture rentals, lighting, and any design related provider
Book and manage the stationery design process
Sourcing and contract management for stage, dance floor, flooring, landscaping, draping and lighting
Guidance of menu and bar selection + menu tasting attendance
Personalized minute by minute wedding day timeline creation
Custom made ceremony, dinner and reception floor plans
Assistance with ceremony and reception playlist and instructions for the band or DJ
Help managing transportation needs and creating the pick up and drop off schedules for bridal party and guests
Help with favor ideas (when not included on the design proposal)
Timely execution of production schedule with additional assistants on the wedding day
Supervision and management of the tent set up and early rental deliveries

Wedding Design & Styling
The Tropical Code creates wildly beautiful weddings. Specialising in creative, artistic designs. Taking time to discover exactly how you would like your special day to look and feel, I create a wedding design to suit your style and personalities.
Sourcing everything required to create your wedding celebration. I offer advice and support on every element of the styling process. Then on the wedding day my team and I ensure your vision becomes reality. The Tropical Code team will carry out all the decoration and styling of your venues. We will be on hand to oversee furniture, décor, linen, and floral set up at your venues.
The Tropical Code will be on hand during your wedding day to complete any styling and decoration, oversee relevant suppliers and co-ordinate with your venue and any moving of décor, etc. We can also style decorative elements for your photographer and be on hand during your couple portraits.
